Super7 just emailed me back nigh my defects. They said they'll bargain with it side by side calendar week subsequently all preorders are filled. I advise anyone with problems with their order to email them correct away, as their return policy states the customer simply has 7 days after receiving the guild to ask for an exchange or return.

I meant to mail service hither and forgot, but I got my shipping notice the 28th, and got my Faker and Ram Man on the 29th! These things are awesome, especially considering I already accept Fakers and Ram Mans lol. Dear the new colors on Ram Man and I Dearest the vintage toy head sculpt for Faker.
I open all my figures, but I may keep these ii in the box. The packaging is perfect. I also may but purchase He-Man and leave him in the box, and open up these ii up.
Super 7 did a bully chore.

Is information technology just me? or has anyone else been getting the Ultimate He-Man with the Vintage Head that has the pilus lop sided? I open one of my ultimates and free the hair from the scalp. Going to glue it back on later.

Mine were waiting for me last night later work:
He-Man: Overnice, solid task, merely minor problem is slightly loose ankles. Chose the Oolar caput for him. The darker hair is noticeably different from previous versions, but still looks okay. Nice to take the variety of swords to choose from (hither and with Skeletor and Faker)
Faker: Chose the same head for Faker as He-Man; basically, the same equally He-Man, just with better ankles.
Skeletor: Chose the Alcala head and left the greatcoat on. I was a trivial worried nearly the paint jobs on the faces (given the vintage way mummy Skeletor), but the washes are done well.
Rammy: Honestly, having him in manus, I kind of like the duller metal color to set him further apart from the original (though I all the same think S7 should accept let folks know about the change soon as they knew). It'southward not just flat gray, it does have a metallic look, merely not shiny silver. Honestly, Rammy probably wouldn't have polished shiny armor considering he uses it to bash into things; wouldn't stay shiny long anyway. But problem is the painted hands don't friction match the arms very well; it'southward noticeably off.
Teela: Actually has a little more motion in the waist than the original thanks to the softer costume. Went with the long blonde head here. Again, nice to have a lot of choices here. Have a 2d 1 coming from Big Bad and will likely use the standard head with the blonde hair for that one.
All in all, a few minor quibbles, but for the most part these are solidly made with good paint jobs (no big slop or derpy eyes). Fifty-fifty though I've gotten all the figures since Male monarch Grayskull, these were a worthwhile purchase just for the mixing and matching opportunities with four of them and the alternate version for Rammy. I'm hoping the small-scale quibbles are addressed with the modify of factories, but there'due south really nil that bad well-nigh the way these were made.

BBTS charged me this morning and I've had my Politician shipped, should have them Friday.
As for anyone having issues with Fedex... I hear you. The last couple items I got from them were wearisome to arrive, and some locals I know who had an eBay lodge shipped past that awful Smartpost service take had their package billowy around Ohio for over two weeks. Smartpost has been bad for some time, Grove City OH takes a minimum of three days to motility things along, but lately even their Basis service is having issues and delays. I ordered some car parts dorsum in June and one of the packages had no movement- I called them upwards, they put in an investigation, only for it to arrive later that solar day with a different tracking #, label had been damaged and so they put a new i on. Locals endeavor to telephone call this month about their item, they become a foreign call centre and no help until demanding a supervisor on the line.
Correct now, going on the Fedex website and trying to become help or detect contact info gets yous a "page non establish" message. Something is seriously gong wrong with the company right at present.
I opted for the $12 UPS Ground shipping choice. I'thou not chancing Fedex on these.
